Creator Program Terms

1. About these terms

These Creator Program Terms (“Creator Terms”) are an agreement between you and syncgtm LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us”), which runs Vidwip. They cover the Vidwip creator program (the “Program”): the free credits, and the rules for getting them. The Program gives you credits only. It doesn’t pay money.

They add to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which still apply to your Vidwip account. If the Terms & Conditions and these Creator Terms disagree about the Program, these Creator Terms win.

You accept these Creator Terms when you apply. If you don’t agree, please don’t apply.

2. Who can join

To apply, and to stay in the Program, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• have at least 1,000 real followers on one of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X or LinkedIn;
• own and control every account you post Program videos from;
• have a Vidwip account in your own name that follows our Terms & Conditions.

One person can hold one place. You can’t apply twice, or apply for someone else. People who work for syncgtm LLC can’t join.

3. Applying and getting accepted

You apply through our application form. Everything you tell us must be true, including your follower counts.

A real person reads every application. We decide who joins, and we can say no without giving a reason. Applying doesn’t promise you a place.

If we accept you, we tell you by email. Your place starts on the date in that email. Videos you posted before that date don’t count.

4. Monthly review and renewal

Your place is reviewed every month. At the end of each month we look at every creator and check that you:

• posted Program videos that month and sent us their links;
• followed these Creator Terms, including the “Created with Vidwip” and bio rules in section 7.

Each month, email the links to your new Program videos to creator@vidwip.com. We only look at videos you send us. We may ask for screenshots or analytics to check them.

If you pass, we renew your place and your credits for the next month. If you don’t, we may renew you with a warning, pause your credits, or end your place. Renewal is never automatic, and renewing you one month doesn’t promise the next.

5. Creator credits

Each month we renew your place, we add 3,000 credits to your Vidwip studio. You can spend them on any Vidwip tool, the same way as any other credits.

Creator credits:

• have no cash value, and can’t be sold, moved to another account or swapped for money;
• are the only thing the Program gives you. We don’t pay money for views or videos;
• can be removed if they’re unused when we end your place for breaking these Creator Terms.

Credits you buy on a paid plan are separate, and nothing here changes them.

6. Videos that qualify

A video counts toward your monthly review only if all of these are true:

• It shows something you made with Vidwip.
• It says “Created with Vidwip”, as section 7 sets out.
• It’s posted publicly on your own account on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, after your place started.
• It’s your own original video. It isn’t someone else’s video, and it isn’t a re-upload of one of your earlier videos.
• It stays public.
• Its views, likes and comments are real. They aren’t bought, and don’t come from bots, scripts or view-for-view groups.
• It follows your platform’s rules and section 9.

If a video misses any one of these, it doesn’t count.

7. “Created with Vidwip” and your bio

In every video. Every Program video must say “Created with Vidwip”, on screen, out loud, or both. People must be able to read or hear it easily: not hidden, tiny, covered up or gone too fast to read. Putting it only in the caption doesn’t count, though you’re welcome to add it there too.

In your bio. Every account you post Program videos from must have “Vidwip creator partner” in its profile bio for as long as you’re in the Program. If your bio doesn’t say it when we count a video, that video doesn’t count.

When you leave the Program, take “Vidwip creator partner” out of your bio within 7 days.

8. Telling your audience about the partnership

We give you free credits, so your viewers have a right to know. On every Program video, turn on your platform’s paid-partnership or branded-content label where it has one. Follow the advertising rules where you and your viewers live, such as the US FTC’s Endorsement Guides and the UK CAP Code.

“Created with Vidwip” and “Vidwip creator partner” are Program rules. They don’t replace a label the law or your platform asks for.

Label AI-made content as AI wherever your platform or the law asks you to.

9. Content standards

Program videos must not:

• break the law or your platform’s rules;
• be hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or made for children;
• use a real person’s face or voice, made with AI, without their permission;
• make false claims about Vidwip, such as features it doesn’t have, wrong prices, or results it can’t promise;
• promise viewers they’ll make money;
• use music, footage, logos or other work you don’t have the rights to.

The acceptable use rules in our Terms & Conditions also apply to everything you make in Vidwip.

10. Your videos and how we can share them

Your videos stay yours.

By posting a Program video, you let us share, repost, embed and link to it, and show your name, handle and profile picture with it, on vidwip.com, our social accounts, our emails and our sales material. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive and free. We’ll always credit you.

We won’t use your video in paid ads without asking you first in writing. After you leave, you can ask us to stop new uses. Posts we already made can stay up.

11. Using the Vidwip name

You may use the Vidwip name and logo only to say you’re a Vidwip creator partner and to talk about Vidwip. Don’t:

• suggest you work for us or speak for us;
• put “Vidwip” in your account names, handles or web addresses;
• run paid ads, including search ads, that use or bid on the Vidwip name;
• change the logo or make your own version of it.

We own the Vidwip name, logo and product. The Program gives you no other rights in them.

12. Our relationship

You’re an independent creator, not our employee or agent. “Creator partner” is a title, not a legal partnership. You decide what, when and how you post, within these Creator Terms. You’re free to work with other brands. Neither of us can make promises on the other’s behalf.

13. Leaving or being removed

• You can leave at any time. Email creator@vidwip.com, or stop posting and we won’t renew you.
• We can end your place at any time, at a monthly review or in between, by emailing you.
• When your place ends, your credits stop with the next month.
• If we remove you for breaking these Creator Terms, we can remove your unused creator credits.
• Take “Vidwip creator partner” out of your bio within 7 days.

Sections 10 and 16 keep applying after you leave.

14. Changes to the program

We may change the Program, including its credits, limits and rules, or end it. When we do, we’ll update this page and its date, and email you before a big change takes effect. Changes apply to videos posted after they take effect. Credits already in your studio stay there, except as section 5 says. If you don’t like a change, you can leave.

15. Your information

To run the Program we use what you send us: your name, email, social handles, follower counts, video links and any analytics you share. We handle it as our Privacy Policy describes.

16. Liability and disputes

These sections of our Terms & Conditions apply to the Program as well:

• Disclaimers
• Limitation of liability
• Indemnity
• Governing law and disputes
• Consumer rights

You agree to cover us for claims that come from your videos, how you disclose the partnership, or your breaking these Creator Terms. We don’t promise any number of views or any result from the Program.
