The short version
  • Vidwip turns your screen recordings into narrated demo videos using AI.
  • You keep ownership of everything you upload and every demo you create.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process your content only to provide the Service.
  • AI output can contain errors — review it before you publish or rely on it.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or confidential data you're not authorised to share.

This summary is for convenience only — the full text below is what legally applies.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and syncgtm LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“syncgtm,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of Vidwip and vidwip.com (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vidwip. You’re responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly at support@vidwip.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of your content. The recordings and materials you upload, and the demos you generate, remain yours.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — for example, to run our AI over your video, generate a script and voiceover, render the output, and let you share it. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we’re required to keep by law or in routine backups.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights and consents needed to upload your content and to have it processed by the Service, and that your content doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

4. AI output and your responsibility to review it

Vidwip uses AI to generate scripts, narration, captions, and synthetic voices. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and generated voices are synthetic and not those of real people unless you have the right to use a given voice.

  • You’re responsible for reviewing and editing generated output before you publish, share, or rely on it.
  • Output is not professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such.
  • You’re responsible for how you use the demos you create, including compliance with any laws about AI-generated or synthetic media.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that violates anyone’s privacy or intellectual property;
  • Upload other people’s confidential or personal information without authority, or clone a person’s voice or likeness without their consent;
  • Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate others, or mislead people about who created or voiced content;
  • Distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or copy the Service except as allowed by law;
  • Exceed or circumvent plan limits, or abuse fair-use allowances.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Confidential and sensitive data

Our AI processes whatever appears on screen and in the audio of your uploads. Keeping confidential data safe is your responsibility. Don’t upload passwords, other people’s personal data, customer records, or trade secrets you aren’t authorised to share, and redact anything sensitive before recording. You’re responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with your own confidentiality and data-handling obligations.

7. Plans, billing, and trials

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude taxes, which you’re responsible for.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods aren’t pro-rated.
  • Free plans and trials may have usage limits and may change or end at our discretion.

We may update pricing; changes won’t affect your current paid period and we’ll give reasonable notice before your next renewal.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, models, design, branding, and content we provide (but excluding your content) — is owned by syncgtm or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not use our name, logos, or brand without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as cloud hosting, AI/ML processing, and payment processing) and may link to third-party sites. We aren’t responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve the Service, without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have that can’t legally be excluded (see Consumer rights).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, syncgtm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing). Some liability can’t be excluded by law, and nothing here limits that.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold syncgtm harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone’s rights.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and syncgtm submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

17. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, right, or remedy you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t lawfully be excluded where you live. Where our liability for breaching such a right can be limited, it’s limited (at our option) to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.
