What is an AI music generator?
An AI music generator composes original music from a description or lyrics. In Vidwip, open Audio in the AI Studio, press Generate and choose Music. Describe the song or paste lyrics, pick a style, tempo and length, and ElevenLabs Music v2 composes a sung or instrumental track. It lands on your timeline as an MP3, named after the title Suno gives it.
How long can a song be?
From 10 seconds to 3 minutes, in 5-second steps; the default is 30 seconds. The song is composed to that length and ends with a 1.5-second fade-out, so it doesn't stop mid-note. A song longer than 3 minutes can't be made in one generation.
Can AI write the lyrics for me?
Yes. Type what the song is about, then press Generate lyrics with AI: Fish Audio drafts sectioned lyrics and a title into the box, using your style, direction, language and length. Edit any line, or press it again for another take. Or paste your own finished lyrics and they're sung as written.
Which styles and tempos can I choose?
16 styles: Children, Pop, Rock, Punk, Hip-hop, Rap, Electronic, Lo-fi, Funk, Jazz, Acoustic, Country, R&B, Reggae, Synthwave and Orchestral, with Pop as the default. Tempo is Auto, set by the style, or one of 11 presets from 60 to 174 BPM. Add up to 300 characters of extra direction, like female vocals or a big final chorus.
Which languages can the lyrics be sung in?
32. Lyrics language starts on Same as lyrics; pick another and your lines are translated into it before they're sung, with names kept exactly as you wrote them. That is a narrower list than the 74 languages Vidwip's voiceovers speak.
Can I make it sound like a famous artist?
No. The song writer is told never to quote or imitate real artists, and an artist's name in your direction is turned into plain descriptions of the sound, because ElevenLabs refuses prompts that name an artist. Describe the era, the instruments and the kind of voice instead. Lyrics are also kept family-safe.
Can I remix a song I already have?
Yes, if you own it. Put the song on the timeline, select its clip, choose Remix song and write new lyrics. It keeps the song's sound, structure and length and sings your words over it, on clips from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. ElevenLabs screens every song for copyright, so a song you don't own can be refused. Undo puts the original back.
