Benefits

Why dub with AI

What it does for you, on the free plan and every plan after it.

Every speaker sounds like themselves

AI copies each voice from your video, so the dub keeps the people your viewers came to hear.

Music and sounds stay

Only the talking changes. The music and background sound stay where they were.

No watermark, even free

What you download is the finished video. Free dubs aren't stamped with a logo.

The actual numbers

What the free plan gets you

Credits, not a countdown. Every account starts with a one-time grant of 100 credits, and this tool bills against it at a published rate, so "free" comes to an exact amount.

Rate240 credits a minuteper language on Standard; 600 on Advanced
What each plan's credits buy on this tool: once on Free, every month on paid plans. 1 credit = $0.01. Rates checked November 6, 2026.

Per language, not per job. Dubbing one video into three languages bills three times, so a 10-minute video into three languages on Standard is 30 billable minutes: 7,200 credits ($72.00), which Pro ($99/month) covers.

  • No credit card to start100 free credits land on every new account at sign-up. A card is only asked for if you choose a plan.
  • No watermark on the dubVidwip doesn't stamp free exports. The free tier is metered by credits, not degraded by branding.
  • Both models on FreeStandard dubs into 29 languages and Advanced into 94, and both work on a free account.
  • Keeps each speaker's voiceDubbing clones every voice from your own audio. That's the default, not an upgrade.
  • The free grant is about a minute, per language25 seconds on Standard or 10 seconds on Advanced, into one language. Two languages cost twice one.
  • One language per job on FreeSeveral languages at once is a batch: up to 5 on Starter and 10 on Pro. Free dubs one at a time.

FAQ

Free AI Video Dubbing FAQ

The free credits, the watermark, the sign-up, and what happens past free.

Is AI video dubbing really free?
Yes, to a limit, and the limit is worth being precise about. Every Vidwip account gets 100 free credits with no credit card, and video dubbing costs 4 credits a second on the Standard model, so the free grant covers 25 seconds into one language (10 seconds on Advanced). It's a one-time grant, with no watermark and no quality downgrade. Paid plans start at $25/month for 2,500 credits.
Do I have to sign up to dub a video?
You can pick your file and languages on this page without an account and see exactly what the job will cost. Generating the dub needs a free account, because the video is transcribed, translated and re-voiced on Vidwip's servers. Sign-up takes an email and no card.
Does the free version add a watermark?
No. Vidwip doesn't watermark dubs on any plan, free included. What you download is the finished video with the new audio track.
How long a video can I dub for free?
About 25 seconds into one language on Standard, or 10 seconds on Advanced. Dubbing bills per language, so the same clip into two languages uses twice the credits. A 10-minute video into three languages on Standard needs 7,200 credits, which Pro ($99/month) covers.
Will the free dub keep the original speaker's voice?
Yes. Vidwip clones each speaker's voice from your original audio and speaks the translation in it, on every plan. There's no voice picker: keeping the speaker's own voice is the point.
Which languages can I dub into for free?
All of them. Standard dubs into 29 languages, including Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese and Arabic, and Advanced reaches 94, including Vietnamese, Thai, Bengali and Urdu. Both work on the free plan; Advanced costs 2.5 times as much a minute.
What files does the free tool accept?
MP4, MOV and WebM, up to 2 GB and 30 minutes, or a YouTube link up to 10 minutes. This page checks the format and size in your browser before you sign up.
