The cheapest Seedance 2.0 provider at 720p is BytePlus's own API at $0.15 a second ($0.12 for 2.0 Fast), with Dreamina's app level once its $0.29 first month ends. Magnific is next, Vidwip costs $0.237 to $0.300 a second and fal.ai $0.303. Krea's lower number is 480p only.
The cheapest Seedance 2.0 provider is BytePlus’s own API, at $0.15 per second of 720p video, and $0.12 for Seedance 2.0 Fast. Every other platform we could price costs more, and one, fal.ai, costs double.
We checked six platforms on November 6, 2026 and put each on one scale: dollars per second of 720p output. If you only need a quick pick, jump to the comparison table.
TL;DR: cheapest Seedance 2.0 provider
| Rank | Platform | Seedance 2.0 per second | Seedance 2.0 Fast per second |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Dreamina | $0.0031 first month, about $0.16 after* | $0.0015 first month, about $0.08 after* |
| 2 | BytePlus ModelArk | $0.15 | $0.12 |
| 3 | Magnific | €0.14 to €0.21 | €0.12 to €0.18 |
| 4 | Vidwip | $0.237 to $0.300 | $0.150 to $0.190 |
| 5 | fal.ai API | $0.303 | $0.242 |
| 6 | Krea | About $0.06 to $0.16 at 480p only | Not priced |
*Dreamina’s renewal figure is our estimate. Its page doesn’t state the renewal credit allowance.
The ranking is by 720p price. Krea is last because its number is for 480p, a lower resolution, and the others aren’t comparable with it.
How we priced Seedance 2.0
Every figure here is dollars per second of finished 720p output, checked November 6, 2026 on the vendor’s own page. We used US dollars where a page showed them.
For token and API providers, we took the listed price per clip or per second. For credit plans, we used plan price divided by credits, multiplied by the credits a second of Seedance 2.0 costs.
Three things change the real price, and we flag them where they apply:
- Resolution: 480p, 720p and 1080p are priced differently, sometimes by 2x or more.
- Audio: fal.ai and Vidwip state that 720p includes sound; BytePlus, Dreamina and Magnific don’t break it out.
- Promos and billing period: first-month offers and annual plans lower the headline.
We left out any price we couldn’t read ourselves. Two platforms in that group, Higgsfield and Invideo, are covered under what we couldn’t confirm.
1. Dreamina: cheapest first month, ordinary price after
Dreamina is ByteDance’s own consumer app for Seedance, and it’s the cheapest way to try Seedance 2.0 once. Its Basic plan costs $0.29 for the first month in the US, with 1,575 credits, then renews at $15 a month.
At 720p, Dreamina’s pricing page lists Seedance 2.0 at 17 credits a second and Seedance 2.0 Fast at 8. Divided across the 1,575 first-month credits, that works out to $0.0031 and $0.0015 a second.
The catch is month two. The page doesn’t state the credit allowance at the $15 renewal. If it stays at 1,575, Seedance 2.0 costs about $0.16 a second and Fast about $0.08, which is a good price but no longer a record.
Best for: one cheap month of testing. Pricing: $0.29 first month (US, offer started October 21, 2026), then $15 a month. Checked November 6, 2026.
2. BytePlus ModelArk: cheapest steady API price
BytePlus is ByteDance’s cloud arm, and its ModelArk API sells Seedance 2.0 at the model maker’s own rate. It’s the cheapest price per second we could confirm that isn’t a time-limited offer.
BytePlus’s pricing page shows, for a 5-second 16:9 clip with no video input:
| Resolution | Seedance 2.0 | Seedance 2.0 Fast |
|---|---|---|
| 480p | $0.35 per clip, $0.07 a second | $0.28 per clip, $0.06 a second |
| 720p | $0.76 per clip, $0.15 a second | $0.60 per clip, $0.12 a second |
| 1080p | $1.87 per clip, $0.37 a second | Not supported |
| 4K | $3.89 per clip, $0.78 a second | Not supported |
If you feed in a reference video, the price rises with its length. A 5-second 720p clip with 2 to 15 seconds of input runs $0.84 to $1.86.
It’s an API, so you need a developer account and your own tooling. There’s no timeline or editor, just generation. The table doesn’t break audio out as a separate charge.
Best for: developers and teams generating in volume. Pricing: $0.15 a second at 720p, $0.12 for 2.0 Fast. Checked November 6, 2026.
3. Magnific: about the same as BytePlus on its biggest plans
Magnific, which was Freepik until it rebranded, runs Seedance 2.0 inside a credit subscription. Its pricing page prices a 4-second 720p clip at 1,120 credits for Seedance 2 Pro, which is 280 credits a second, and 940 for Seedance 2.0 Fast, or 235 a second.
Magnific’s plan cards, checked November 6, 2026. Prices load in euros here.
The page we could load priced everything in euros, excluding VAT. Credits are granted per year, so we turned each plan into a per-credit price:
- Premium: €10.50 a month on annual billing, €15 monthly, with 240K credits a year. That’s €0.147 to €0.21 a second.
- Plus: €25.50 annual, €34 monthly, 600K credits. That’s €0.143 to €0.190.
- Pro: €62.25 annual, €83 monthly, 1.5M credits. That’s €0.139 to €0.186.
Seedance 2.0 Fast comes to €0.117 to €0.176 a second across the same plans. Our 2026-10-30 notes had Magnific at $0.280 for Seedance 2.0; that figure matches the credit count, not a dollar price, so we’ve used the euro math above.
Best for: creators who also want Magnific’s image tools. Pricing: €10.50 to €83 a month on annual billing, in euros excluding VAT. Checked November 6, 2026.
4. Vidwip: mid-pack on price, with a timeline attached
Vidwip charges 30 credits a second for Seedance 2.0 and 19 for Seedance 2.0 Fast, both at 720p with sound, in clips of 4 to 15 seconds. One credit costs $0.0079 on Pro annual ($79 a month for 10,000 credits) and $0.01 on Starter monthly ($25 for 2,500).
So Seedance 2.0 costs $0.237 to $0.300 a second, and Fast costs $0.150 to $0.190. A 10-second clip runs $2.37 to $3.00 on standard Seedance 2.0.
Vidwip’s models page, where Seedance 2.0 sits beside the other video models.
That’s more than BytePlus, Dreamina after month one, and Magnific’s bigger plans. It’s less than fal.ai’s API list price.
What Vidwip offers instead of a lower rate:
- On paid plans, from $25 a month. Starter’s 2,500 credits make about 83 seconds of Seedance 2.0 or 131 of Fast.
- 16 video models on one balance. AI Video Generator runs Seedance 2.0, 2.0 Fast and 2.5 beside Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 and Wan 3.0, so you can run one prompt on several.
- Shots land on a timeline. Each clip goes to AI Studio, where you add voices, music and captions and export at up to 1080p with no watermark.
If you only want raw clips at the lowest price, use BytePlus. If you’d rather not run a separate editor, the gap buys you one.
Best for: creators who want to compare models and edit in one place. Pricing: 30 credits a second, $0.237 to $0.300. See plans. Checked November 6, 2026.
5. fal.ai: the dearest API we priced
fal.ai is a hosted model API with a clean playground, and it’s the dearest Seedance 2.0 route here. Its model page lists 720p with audio at $0.3034 a second, and 1080p with audio at $0.682.
The Fast endpoint costs $0.2419 a second at 720p with audio, for clips up to 15 seconds. That’s about double BytePlus’s own rate for the same model.
What you pay for is convenience. fal needs no ByteDance account, and its SDK is quick to wire into an app.
Best for: developers who want one API key for many models and will pay for the convenience. Pricing: $0.3034 a second at 720p, $0.2419 for Fast. Checked November 6, 2026.
6. Krea: lowest number, lowest resolution
Krea has the lowest price per second on this list, but only at 480p. Its pricing page sells compute units on monthly plans, and quotes Seedance 2.0 as about how many 4-second, 480p videos each plan makes.
Krea’s plans on yearly billing, checked November 6, 2026.
Divide each plan price by the roughly 20, 83 and 166 videos it lists for Basic, Pro and Max, then by 4 seconds. That gives about $0.06 to $0.09 a second on yearly billing and $0.11 to $0.16 on monthly billing. Those are inferred from rounded counts and use a video-reference setting, so treat them as estimates.
Krea also lists Seedance 2.0 Fast at 480p, with no per-video count we could read. We can’t compare it with the 720p figures above.
Best for: drafts and storyboards where 480p is enough. Pricing: $5 to $63 a month on yearly billing. Checked November 6, 2026.
Seedance 2.0 price per second, compared
| Platform | Plan used | Per second (2.0) | Per second (Fast) | Resolution | 10-second clip (2.0) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dreamina | Basic, first month | $0.0031 | $0.0015 | 720p | $0.03 |
| Dreamina | Basic, renewal (estimate) | About $0.16 | About $0.08 | 720p | About $1.62 |
| BytePlus | Pay as you go | $0.15 | $0.12 | 720p | About $1.52 |
| Magnific | Pro annual to Premium monthly | €0.14 to €0.21 | €0.12 to €0.18 | 720p | €1.39 to €2.10 |
| Vidwip | Pro annual to Starter monthly | $0.237 to $0.300 | $0.150 to $0.190 | 720p, sound | $2.37 to $3.00 |
| fal.ai | Pay per use | $0.3034 | $0.2419 | 720p, audio | $3.03 |
| Krea | Basic to Max | About $0.06 to $0.16 | Not priced | 480p | About $0.63 to $1.58 |
Dreamina’s 10-second figures use the 1,575-credit allowance. Higher resolutions cost more everywhere: BytePlus charges $0.37 a second at 1080p, fal.ai $0.682.
What we couldn’t confirm
Two platforms from our earlier research didn’t give us a figure we could verify on November 6, so we left them out of the ranking.
- Higgsfield: its October 20 pricing post lists Seedance 2.0 at 96 credits, or $4.70, for an 8-second 1080p clip, about $0.59 a second. It gives no 720p cost, and our 2026-10-30 notes had $0.138 to $0.217 on a promotion we couldn’t re-confirm.
- Invideo: its own FAQ says a Seedance 2.0 clip costs 16 credits, or about $3.30 to $4.00, with an 11 to 27 credit range. It doesn’t say how long the clip is or what resolution, so a per-second price isn’t possible.
If you use either, check the quote in the app before you generate.
How to choose
Pick by how you’ll use Seedance 2.0, not just the lowest number:
- Lowest steady price, raw clips: BytePlus ModelArk.
- One cheap month to test: Dreamina’s $0.29 first month.
- Image and video in one subscription: Magnific.
- Several video models plus a timeline: Vidwip, from $25 a month.
- One API key for many models: fal.ai, at a premium.
- Drafts at the lowest price: Krea at 480p.
Is 2.0 even the right model? Seedance 2.5 makes up to 30 seconds and costs more. Our Seedance 2.5 review, how to use Seedance 2.5 and cheapest Seedance 2.5 provider cover the upgrade, and Seedance 2.5 vs Veo 3.1 compares it with Google’s model. For other video models, see the Seedance alternatives.
Conclusion
BytePlus is the cheapest Seedance 2.0 provider we could confirm at 720p, at $0.15 a second, and Dreamina matches it after its $0.29 first month. Magnific lands close behind, Vidwip sits mid-table at $0.237 to $0.300, and fal.ai is dearest at $0.303.
Prices move, so confirm yours before a big batch. If you want to run Seedance 2.0 next to 15 other models and edit the shots in one place, start with Vidwip, from $25 a month.
