The cheapest Wan 3.0 price we could verify is Alibaba's own API on its US (Virginia) price list at about $0.0825 a second for 720p, then OpenRouter at $0.085, both on limited-time discounts. At the steady $0.10 rate, Alibaba Singapore and fal.ai tie. Higgsfield and Invideo list lower, from $0.055 and $0.064, but we could not re-confirm them. Vidwip is dearer at $0.126 to $0.160 a second, in exchange for 30-second takes, a timeline and 16 video models.
The cheapest Wan 3.0 provider we could verify in November 2026 is Alibaba Cloud’s own API at about $0.0825 a second for 720p (US list), then OpenRouter at $0.085. At the steady rate, Alibaba Singapore and fal.ai both charge $0.10 a second with sound.
Higgsfield and Invideo list lower numbers, but their pricing pages don’t publish a Wan 3.0 rate, so we couldn’t re-confirm them. This post converts every platform to dollars per second, flags what is promotional, and puts Vidwip at its true price position.
TL;DR: cheapest Wan 3.0 provider
Wan 3.0 is a hosted-only model, so the choice is which host. For 720p with sound, the verified order is Alibaba US, OpenRouter, then Alibaba Singapore and fal.ai.
| Rank | Provider | 720p, $/s | How sure we are |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Higgsfield (best-value plan) | $0.055 to $0.087 | Listed 2026-10-30, promotional, not re-confirmed |
| 2 | Invideo (best-value plan) | from $0.064 | Listed 2026-10-30, inferred, not re-confirmed |
| 3 | Alibaba Model Studio, US (Virginia) | about $0.0825 | Read live, limited-time 30% off |
| 4 | OpenRouter | $0.085 | Read live, 15% off $0.10 |
| 5 | Alibaba Model Studio, Singapore | $0.10 | Read live, flagged limited-time 30% off |
| 5 | fal.ai API | $0.10 | Read live |
| 7 | Krea | about $0.10 monthly (480p) | Derived from video counts |
| 8 | Magnific | $0.120 | Listed 2026-10-30, not re-confirmed |
| 9 | Vidwip | $0.126 to $0.160 | Credits per second from our own pricing |
Rows 1, 2 and 8 are listed figures we couldn’t reproduce. If you only trust what we read live, the top is Alibaba US, then OpenRouter.
How we worked out price per second
Price per second is the plan price divided by its credits, times the credits one second costs. For a pay-per-second API it is the listed rate. All prices are US dollars, checked November 2026, for 720p with sound unless noted.
Three rules:
- Resolution moves the price. Wan 3.0 is billed at 480p, 720p and 1080p, and the 1080p rate is exactly double the 720p one on Alibaba and fal.
- Cheapest plan is not best-value plan. Higgsfield and Invideo show a range because the biggest plan is far cheaper per credit than the smallest.
- Promotions expire. Three of the verified prices carry a discount label, so treat them as a snapshot.
Can you self-host Wan 3.0 instead?
No. Alibaba hasn’t published Wan 3.0 weights, so no GPU rental can bring the price below a hosted rate. Our Wan 3.0 review checked the Wan-Video GitHub organization and Hugging Face on November 6, 2026: both stop at Wan 2.2.
If you need open weights, use Wan 2.2 under Apache 2.0, which runs on a 24 GB card for the 5B model. It makes about 5-second silent clips, a different product. Our open-source AI video models guide lists what else you can run locally.
1. Alibaba Model Studio: the maker’s own API
Alibaba Cloud Model Studio sells Wan 3.0 as wan3.0-video and bills per second of output, with no plan. We re-read its pricing page and it matches our Wan 3.0 review.
Alibaba’s Wan3.0 and Wan3.0-Prime per-second prices at 1080p
| Model and region | 480p | 720p | 1080p | 30 s at 720p |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| wan3.0-video, Singapore | $0.05 | $0.10 | $0.20 | $3.00 |
| wan3.0-video, US (Virginia) | $0.0413 | $0.0825 | $0.165 | $2.48 |
| wan3.0-video-prime, Singapore | $0.068 | $0.14 | $0.28 | $4.20 |
The page labels the standard rows as list price with a limited-time 30% off, in the Singapore row too, so we can’t tell whether $0.10 is already discounted. Prime is the faster tier, with no discount label. The Singapore row includes a 30-second free quota, and the US row is the global deployment scope.
- Pros: the lowest verified price, every resolution, and no markup.
- Cons: a cloud account and API code, and Alibaba’s docs still call Wan 3.0 a preview.
2. OpenRouter: $0.085 through one API key
OpenRouter resells Alibaba’s model, routed to Alibaba Cloud Int., and lists Wan 3.0 as “from $0.0425 a second” with a 15% off badge.
OpenRouter’s Wan 3.0 page, price from $0.0425 a second at 480p
The provider table shows $0.10 struck down to $0.085 for 720p, and the page data lists $0.17 at 1080p. A 30-second 720p clip is $2.55. We did not see a stated end date for the discount.
- Pros: one key for many models, and a price below the Singapore list.
- Cons: the discount may end, and the table showed 92.95% uptime on the page we read.
3. fal.ai: $0.10 with no plan and no promotion
fal.ai charges $0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 a second at 480p, 720p and 1080p, with the same rate for text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video. Audio is generated by default and the page lists no separate charge. Its landing page says Wan 3 makes up to 30 seconds of 1080p video in one pass.
A 30-second 720p clip is $3.00. The page says pricing is subject to change, and we saw no promotion.
- Pros: a clean pay-per-use rate and a developer-friendly API.
- Cons: about 18% above OpenRouter’s discounted rate, and a developer tool, not an editor.
4. Krea: close to $0.10 on a monthly plan
Krea shows how many Wan 3.0 videos each plan makes, counted as 2-second clips at 480p. Basic is $9 a month for 5,000 units, or about 45 clips, which is 90 seconds and about $0.10 a second.
Krea’s plans billed yearly: $5, $21 and $63 a month
Pro is $35 for 20,000 units and about 180 clips, or $0.097 a second. The yearly toggle (40% off) takes those to roughly $0.056 and $0.058. These come from rounded counts at 480p, so they are not a like-for-like 720p price. We skipped the Max column because its count looked inconsistent, and could not confirm audio.
- Pros: cheap yearly plans and a free daily allowance.
- Cons: 480p only in the count we could read, and a short 2-second test clip.
5. Higgsfield: lowest listed, not confirmed
Higgsfield bundles many models in one credit balance. Its page, read live in annual mode, shows Basic at $9 a month for 120 credits, Pro at $23 for 600 and Max at $59 for 1,800.
Higgsfield’s plans, billed yearly
On 2026-10-30 we read Wan 3.0 at $0.055 to $0.087 a second, with the higher number on the cheapest plan. Those figures were promotional, with struck-through prices 25% to 50% higher. Higgsfield’s Wan 3.0 page, read this week, lists no credit cost, so we could not reproduce the number. Credits also round up per clip, so short clips cost more per second.
- Pros: the lowest listed price, and one balance across many models.
- Cons: the rate is promotional and unconfirmed, and the pricing page changes often.
6. Invideo: low on its biggest plan, unconfirmed
Invideo pairs models with a timeline editor. Its pricing page lists Basic, Pro and Ultra at $9, $30 and $80 a month, or $4, $15 and $40 billed annually, for 190, 1,000 and 3,000 credits.
Invideo’s plans: 190, 1,000 and 3,000 credits a month
On 2026-10-30 we read Wan 3.0 at $0.064 to $0.227 a second, the low end on the annual Ultra plan. The range spans settings and plans, and part of it was inferred. The page doesn’t list a Wan 3.0 credit rate, so we could not re-confirm it.
- Pros: an editor in the same plan, and a low annual price.
- Cons: the low end needs a $40-a-month annual plan, and the Wan rate isn’t published.
7. Magnific: $0.120, listed once
Magnific is the new name for Freepik’s AI suite. On 2026-10-30 we read Wan 3.0 at $0.120 a second on its cheapest monthly plan.
Its pricing page, read live, shows Premium at €10.50 a month billed annually for 240,000 credits a year (our view showed euros), and lists no Wan 3.0 credit cost. We could not re-confirm the figure, so treat it as a lead.
- Pros: yearly credits and a large model catalog.
- Cons: no published Wan rate, and euro pricing from our location.
8. Vidwip: dearer, with 30-second takes and no GPU
Vidwip’s AI video generator is dearer per second than every provider above. It runs Wan 3.0 at 16 credits a second, 2 to 30 seconds at 720p with sound, in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 and 3:4.
| Clip | Credits | Pro annual ($0.0079) | Starter monthly ($0.01) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 seconds | 80 | $0.63 | $0.80 |
| 10 seconds | 160 | $1.26 | $1.60 |
| 30 seconds | 480 | $3.79 | $4.80 |
A credit costs $0.01 on Starter ($25 a month for 2,500) and $0.0079 on Pro billed yearly ($79 a month for 10,000). Our pricing page has the plans.
What the extra money buys:
- 16 video models on one balance. Wan 3.0 runs beside Kling 3.0 and O1, Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1 and Hailuo 3, so one prompt can go through several. See the models page.
- Shots land on a timeline. Clips drop into AI Studio, not a download folder.
- No GPU, no API code. You type a prompt in a browser.
- On paid plans, from $25 a month. Starter’s 2,500 credits cover 31 five-second Wan 3.0 shots.
If you generate Wan 3.0 all day, an API or Higgsfield plan beats us on price.

How to choose
Pick by how you work, not by the lowest cell in a table.
- Building an app or batch pipeline: Alibaba’s API or OpenRouter. If the promotions end, fal.ai is the steady $0.10.
- A few clips a month: pay per second. A plan you use 10% of costs more.
- Generating daily across models: check Higgsfield’s and Invideo’s Wan rates in their generate panels before you buy.
- Prompting in a browser and editing the result: Vidwip, for the timeline and the free credits.
- Comparing models first: read the Wan 3.0 review, then the Kling 4.0 review and the Hailuo 3 review. The cheapest Kling 3.0 provider post runs the same exercise for Kling.
Conclusion: who is the cheapest Wan 3.0 provider?
Alibaba’s own API is the cheapest Wan 3.0 provider we could verify, at about $0.0825 a second on its US list and $0.10 on Singapore, with OpenRouter at $0.085 and fal.ai at $0.10. Higgsfield and Invideo may be lower, so check their panels against your own balance.
Vidwip is the dearest per second in this list. Choose it for the 30-second takes and the timeline, not the rate.
